This should be resolved now. Inbound/outbound calling is flowing through teams phone system with the new certificates.

Outbound calling should be working with all customer instances. If it is still not working, please email support@bitxbit.com to report the issue. Carrier ticket 34817470 to point to equipment that supports the new certificates.

Investigating

Microsoft Teams has made a certificate change that is impacting inbound/outbound calls through the platform. Bit by Bit is making adjustments to get calling functioning working again
